This is a Brand New Genuine General Motors OEM Factory Deluxe Steering Wheel Assembly with Cruise Control Switch
Accurate Description of product: Our steering wheels are factory new and have never been mounted in a vehicle. Rather than being sealed in their own individual package at time of production, Steering Wheels are shipped to us in bulk with protective plastic around the handles (see photos). While this enables us to sell them to you at a significantly lower price, this also means they've had marginally more exposure in our warehouse. Therefore this dictates we handle them individually in order to wipe them down and to package them for order fulfillment.
